Rejoice! All orders over $25 from TheBein.com include Free Shipping.

We use UPS Ground, which delivers within 2-3 Business days in the Northeast, and 3-4 Business days to the rest of the USA.

Your order is packaged with much care, so allow up to 2 days for handling time.

International:

International orders are sent via the economy option on either USPS or UPS, and are unfortunately not eligible for free shipping.

We are not responsible for any VAT or Import duties imposed on the shipment.

Returns

At the Bein we believe in 100% satisfaction.

We have a 36-Day return policy, that's a whole month...plus!

All orders can be returned within 36 days of delivery for a 100% Refund, no questions asked (besides maybe a quick survey, and we might shed some tears).

Yes, of course you can wear your item, how else would you know how you like it?

If you choose to return it anyways, just pack your items and any add-ins in its' packing and ship it back to us.

We'll send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Sample and Clearance items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Bought the wrong size? No harm done.

All orders can be exchanged within 36 days of delivery.

Please be mindful of keeping the item in its original condition for re-stocking.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
